Escape Artists provide access to the arts within some of the country's most disadvantaged communities; such as those within Young Offender Institutions, Secure Hospitals, Prisons, Mental Health Institutions, Hostels for the Homeless and Hospices. The Learning and Skills Council exists to make England better skilled and more competitive. Their single goal is to improve the skills of England's young people and adults to ensure a workforce of world-class standard.
