Many art galleries: All year round, there are frequent exhibitions, at the Salle du Quai Antoine Ier. Through all seasons, La Maison de l'Amérique Latine and the Marlborough Gallery also regularly host the works of various artists. Along the Quai des Artistes, several workshops belonging to famous artists such as Sosno, Folon, de Sigaldi, sometimes open their doors.

The International Prize of Contemporary Art: awarded for the first time 1965, is organized by the Prince-Pierre Foundation since 1983. Since 2005, it is granted to a work of contemporary art, created during the last two years by an emerging artist. It is awarded by the Artistic Council after an international consultation of experts. The prize-winner benefits, during the same year, in Monaco, from an exhibition especially arranged around the prize-winning work.
