In the basement of a large industrial building in Dalston and opened in October 2000. There are currently twelve artists using the space each working in a wide variety of media.

A small number of studios available on flexible terms. Vanguard Court Studios are located in a quiet cobbled mews near Camberwell College of Arts.

All studios are self-contained, have excellent natural light with north facing windows and are located on the second floor with access by stairs. Good access to water, also 24hr onsite security. Up to 60 studios are planned by 2010.

The Usurp Art Gallery is the only contemporary artist-led gallery and studios in the London Borough of Harrow.

Northwest Studios and NW10 Studios are two seperate buildings located in Zone 2, London. Both buildings are dedicated to providing comfortable and affordable studio spaces for artists and creatives. The Candid Arts Trust currently occupies 20,000 square feet in what was a British Rail Parcel Depot, two loft-style galleries have been created, as well as 18 artists studios, rehearsal and banqueting rooms, music and dance rehearsal spaces and a cafe. The first floor gallery is a loft style space of around 2500sqft and is available for hire for a range of events such as exhibitions, events and rehersals.

Cheap and Flexible Project Space for Architects, Makers, Designers, Artists. They have installed a sealed workshop with an extraction system, several desk space units and storage for ongoing projects. Approx hire £15/day, £50/week, £100/month, but negotiable depending on use; students and DSS are offered discounted rates.

ASC is a leading provider of affordable workspace for artists in London. They provide spaces for over 600 Artists in 11 buildings across London and have lanched a Gallery in their main buidling in Southwark, SE1.

The studio comprises of large, open plan rooms which offer: Resident artist's studio space for rent, a useful Open Studio for non-resident artists wishing to work in a studio space occasionally and a range of classes and workshops. A ticket costing £26.00 enables you to hire the open studio for five days. Etching and Screen Printing facilities are also available.

Studio workspace available on a small island on the River Thames at Brentford Middlesex. A gallery is also located on the site which will be available for hire, gallery space is available for teaching and rehersal space on a morning/afternoon basis.
