The Candid Arts Trust currently occupies 20,000 square feet in what was a British Rail Parcel Depot, two loft-style galleries have been created, as well as 18 artists studios, rehearsal and banqueting rooms, music and dance rehearsal spaces and a cafe. The first floor gallery is a loft style space of around 2500sqft and is available for hire for a range of events such as exhibitions, events and rehersals.

The studio comprises of large, open plan rooms which offer: Resident artist's studio space for rent, a useful Open Studio for non-resident artists wishing to work in a studio space occasionally and a range of classes and workshops. The company aims to improve the lives of the people living and working in the Shoreditch area through developing underused properties and sites to add value to the community. They have developed a number of sites, particularly around Hoxton into studios: 'Water House Offices' comprises 12 studios, 'Timber Wharf' with 12 studios near Haggerston and 'Industry' at Adelaide Wharf, E8 with 22 workstations.
