Visual Arts: Small
These galleries and venues show the work of mainly early or mid career artists and craftspeople. However, some will still not accept unsolicited applications, and you would be well advised to contact them individually to enquire how they can be approached. Best of all would be to visit the galleries you are interested in to see first-hand how they operate, and to talk to members of staff.

SPACE, founded in 1968, is an art and educational charity providing affordable studios for approximately 450 visual artists in East & South East London. SPACE also provides digital & professional development training for artists, has its own resident public art team, exhibition spaces, sculpture and print workshops.
