When selling work for reproduction, how can I protect my copyright?

What can I do to ensure that any prints clearly record my signature and details of the work?

As part of your copyright in the work, you have moral rights, including the right to be identified as the author of the work.  You should also ensure that the title of the work is shown and, if it is an editioned print, the correct edition number displayed.

You should ensure that all of these issues and any other concerns which you have about e.g. framing and display, are addressed in your contractual agreement with the organisation purchasing your work for reproduction.
