The Artists Reserved Rights and Transfer and Sale Agreement

Agreement written by artist Seth Siegelaub and lawyer Bob Projansky in 1971 to provide rights to artists to know when their work is resold (and to get a percentage of the increased price), to borrow it back for exhibition, reproduction rights, and to veto its exhibition.
