Acme Studios Residencies

Website: http://www.acme.org.uk/residencies.php

Acme Studios offer a number of programmes which include work/live studio bursary and residency schemes. The Fire Station Work/Live residencies run for five years with the next programme opening for submission in 2020. Acme also runs a graduate programme awarding seven artists a free studio for 12 months with bursary and mentoring support, in partnership with leading art schools including the Slade School of Art, Central Saint Martins, Chelsea College of Art & Design, Goldsmiths College and City & Guilds of London Art School. All Acme tenants are eligible for the Jessica Wilkes Award, which alternates with the Rita Harris Award to provide a free studio for a year and accompanying grant (together worth £10,000). Acme works with international arts councils and foundations to offer a wide range of funded residency opportunities in London for international artists and also offers London based residencies though an annual artist open call.
