Gertrude Contemporary offers a range of residency programs for visiting international and interstate, artists and curators, for periods of between two weeks to three months. Participants in the residency program stay in Gertrude Contemporary’s fully-appointed residential apartment/studio, Studio 18, that is located on the top floor of Gertrude Contemporary’s gallery complex. During their residency the participants will gain Opportunity to become involved in Gertrude Contemporary’s cultural community, pursue independent studio practice, and on occasion engage with cultural exchange projects.
