In 1998 Polli Talu Arts Center was registered as a non-profit organization in Estonia and it is based in five farm buildings not far from the port town of Virtsu. Artists may apply to be in residenceduring the summer. Residencies last 2 – 4 weeks. The cost per person/ per day is Euro 35, which includes housing, meals and studio space. Groups of 10 more recieve a discount of 25 euro per day. Artists must bring with them all the materials and tools they will need for their work.
