The Printmakers Council is a non-profitmaking artist-run group. Their objectives are to promote the use of both traditional and innovative printmaking techniques by holding exhibitions of prints, providing information on prints and printmaking to both its membership and the public, encouraging co-operation and exchanges between members, other associations and interested individuals. Exhibitions in major London venues and throughout the UK. Exchange shows recently in France, Germany and Australia. A slide index of members work is held in the London office for consultation. Membership is open to all printmakers.
