1215 Today Film Commission

Website: http://1215today.com/create/new-film-commission-opportunity/

1215.Today invite a filmmaker, animator or artist/maker/practitioner working with moving image to work with them in the development of a new artistic digital commission. Filmmakers / artists do not need to have previous experience in working online as they will be supported through the process by expert creative technologists. Filmmakers / artists will need to be open to new ways of working and welcome critical conversation and collaboration, particularly with young people. They are looking for a proposition that relates to issues prompted by Magna Carta and its legacy in today’s society. The selected filmmaker’s / artist’s proposition will be explored, researched and debated through an Innovation Lab, the starting point for the commission. A single fee of £10k will be offered to the artist/s and there is a production budget of £1k to support the realisation of the commission.
