With the ARTPIQER’s Painting Award the online art platform ARTPIQ wishes to honour the outstanding work, potential & dedication of a European emerging painter with academic background and provide the winner with access to focus, network, exposure & capital – all elements we believe young artists truly need to succeed. Prizes include a €5000 cash prize, a one-month sponsored artist residency with PADA Studios, Lisbon and a solo exhibition in Germany. Applying artists must have a current painting practice, be between the age of 18 and 40, have a minimum of 2 years in study, up to 5 years after graduation and be based in Europe. There is a submission fee of €20.
