Arts and Heritage Alliance Milton Keynes – 6 x Artist Commissions, Community Engagement Programmes

The Arts and Heritage Alliance Milton Keynes is looking for 6 artists from diverse backgrounds to work with different Milton Keynes based communities on a cultural inclusion and diversity bridging project. A major aim of this project is to build greater understanding between the MK arts and heritage sector and the diverse communities it serves. The six separate artist commissions will use identity as a way to facilitate creative processes that link communities and cultural organisations to locals in and around Milton Keynes. The Arts and Heritage Alliance Milton Keynes are looking for artists who share a similar lived experiences/heritage to the groups’ shared aspect of identity. £6,000 (inclusive of VAT) will be allocated to each commission, plus £500 for expenses. There is also a materials budget of £2,000 per commission.
