Applications to the 16th Berwick Film & Media Arts Festival (BFMAF) are now open for entries. Film entries of all lengths and formats are encouraged and will be considered across all areas of the festivals 2020 programme. All selected entries will receive a screening fee and all single screen works under 60 minutes in length are eligible for the Berwick New Cinema Competition which has a £1,000 prize. Work submitted must have been completed after 1st January 2019 or not previously screened, no previous or scheduled UK film festival screenings before October 2020, feature films must not have been theatrically released in the UK before October 202 and all works in a language other than English must have English subtitles. The following entry fees apply: £15 Early Bird (submitted by Midnight, Friday 31 January 2020) / £20 Regular (Submitted by Midnight, Friday 20 March 2020) / £25 Late (Submitted by Midnight, Monday 6 April 2020)
