MK City Club Digital Commission
Bletchley Park, working with Milton Keynes’ arts and heritage organisations along with the Open University, is inviting artists to submit proposals to create a site specific or time based public realm commission as a key element of the City Club project. City Club is a project in Milton Keynes, led by MK Gallery and delivered in partnership with arts and heritage organisations and artists across Milton Keynes, which will result in a series of permanent and temporary commissions launched in the autumn of 2017. The work should take inspiration from the resource material on the history and founding of Milton Keynes held at Bletchley Park, Cowper and Newton Museum, Living Archive, MK Museum and MK City Discovery Centre. This commission is open to artists to explore any theme which fits with the aims and objectives of the project and of City Club. Work in any medium will be considered. There is a total budget of £90,000. The artist’s fee is expected to form around 10% of this total.
Expires: July 8, 2016
