The Residency is a development opportunity for an artist-maker whose practice is based in craft and explores ideas and concepts. Cockpit Arts will provide a support structure for the selected artist-maker to develop their work and ideas, and at the same time work towards a sustainable model of practice. The two year Residency will provide one artist-maker with a single studio space in the Cockpit Arts creative community in Central London and a cash bursary worth £3,000 over the two-year period, as well as mentoring and business support.
