Concord Art Prize

Applications are open for the Concord Art Prize. The prize encourages visual artists at any stage in their career, to select one of the 10 chosen songs to act as inspiration to create their own artwork. 10 finalists will be chosen (one representing each piece of music) and granted a £1,000 bursary to create their artwork. Those final works will be exhibited at a London gallery and on opening night, the winner will be announced and awarded the £10,000 prize. Artists must submit a proposal that describes their vision, proposal can be a voice note, written text, a letter or an explanation to camera and must be accompanied by a visual representation of the proposed work.
