Dublin City Gallery The Hugh Lane and Create the national development agency for collaborative arts in Ireland announce this opportunity for a collaborative artist(s) to research and deliver a new commission for Spring 2018. This commission will run from 2017 into 2018 and sets out to encourage engagement with communities of place and of interest as well as the architectural, socio-political and cultural landscape of the North Inner City of Dublin. The commission will focus on collaborative socially engaged arts practice and is open to artists and / or arts collectives born in or resident in the UK, Ireland, Spain, Finland, Hungary or Germany. The commission has a budget of €50,000.
