The Evening Standard Art Prize in association with Hiscox returns for a second year, this time with the theme of ‘progress’, aiming to inspire artists around the UK to create original works. Submissions must be original pieces reflecting the brief of ‘progress’, may not exceed 841 x 1189 mm (33.1 x 46.8 inches) and must be able to be displayed on a wall or on an easel. The winner will be the favourite piece chosen by the judging panel and the winning artist will receive £10,000, a year’s Hiscox Fine Art Insurance and a lifetime National Arts Pass. You must be over 18 to apply.
