HeARTland is a collaboration between the National Trust, Shropshire Hills AONB Partnership, Arts Alive, Ben Osborne Photography and the Stiperstones & Corndon Hill Country Landscape Partnership Scheme. The HeARTland project will focus on a number of landscape features in the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. They want to work with artists to develop an artistic programme for March – October 2017 that helps audiences to make an emotional connection with the landscape. They are looking for artists who are interested in making work in relation to sites and who see the potential of engaging with groups with specialist interests, with whom they have contact (arts, schools, conservation).  A budget of up to £9,000 is available per artist.
