Jerwood Arts – Development Programme Fund
The Development Programme Fund provides funding for arts organisations who, with vision and skill, can deliver transformational development opportunities for artists, curators and/or producers in their field. Jerwood are looking for programmes that offer deep learning and tailor-made developmental support for individual artists, curators and/or producers at a critical moment in their career, launching new artistic voices. Arts organisations can apply for over £10,000 to deliver development programmes starting from January 2020. There is no upper limit, but Jerwood expect to fund approximately 10 organisations to deliver development programmes in 2020, with an average grant of £30,000. Development programmes funded by us can include but are not limited to mentoring schemes, artists residencies, skills and training programmes and commissions. Development programmes funded by Jerwood Arts must adhere to their core criteria for those they wish to support. This means they must be run by arts organisations for individuals who are practicing artists, curators and/or producers in their first 10 years of starting a practice and living and working in the UK. Those who are still on formal education are not eligible to apply.
Expires: June 3, 2019
