Jerwood Visual Arts Artist Bursaries

Website: http://www.jerwoodvisualarts.org/opportunities/artist-bursaries/

The Artist Bursaries support UK-based artists within 10 years of beginning their practice. They support experimentation and activity that may be hard to find specific funding for elsewhere, specific pieces of work or ideas which may or may not have a tangible outcome. This could be the costs of making new work or exploring a new collaboration, mentoring, professional or skills based training, travel or a combination of these. 10 artists each receive a bursary of £1,000 each alongside mentoring from the Jerwood Visual Arts team and become part of a peer-network, attending facilitated sessions as a group.

Expires: January 9, 2017
