Newham Heritage Month will return for 2021 and this time there are grants of up to £7,000 available to support you in creating a project for next year’s programme. The theme for 2021 is ‘Shops, Docks and Factories – Newham’s Urban Heritage’. The Community Grants programme is open to any not-for-profit organisation, or individual who lives, works or studies in Newham or a neighbouring borough who wants to run a heritage or arts project for Newham Heritage Month. There are grants of up to for `£5000 for individuals or £7,000 for groups. Grants are available to help you deliver projects ranging from art workshops, guided walks, talks or theatre, to dance, music and more. Free training will be available to all successful applicants.
