Open School East Associates Programme

Website: http://www.openschooleast.org/call-out-2018/

Open School East are seeking applications from emerging artists to join its independent, self-directed and outward-facing artist development programme. The Associates Programme is free, non-accredited and a year-long, starting in January 2018 and running until December 2018. The associates come together two days a week (Thursdays and Fridays) to receive tuition, meet their mentors, work and collaborate on projects, and plan activities. Tuition is delivered through a combination of workshops, seminars, group crits and excursions, a number of which are open to the public. Associates at Open School East are early-career practitioners with or without a BA, MA or formal artistic qualification, who are seeking a critical and informal environment in which to develop their practice. Open School East is located in Margate.
