ForumArts invites UK based and international artists to participate in an outdoor Sculpture Symposium for 11 days during the summer 2016. The Symposium is a residency opportunity for artists to make an entirely new sculpture,to work alongside other artists and to discuss their work. The focus of the symposium is to make work inspired by and in response to the Himalayan Gardens at Riverhill House in Riverhill,Sevenoaks,Kent,UK. ForumArts will fund material costs up to £500 for each artist, up to £50 for travel expenses to and from the Symposium within England and provide accommodation and meals during the Symposium. There is a £15 application fee.
