The Research Network is Stuart Hall Library’s public programme of monthly talks and events. It is a space for researchers, artists, academics, curators, students and activists to meet and discuss aspects of their practice. They are now looking for proposals for research network events to take place February – June 2017 around the theme of Virtualities. Research network events may include in-conversations, artist presentations, one-off reading groups, performance lectures, discussions, or panel events. The meetings will take place in the Stuart Hall Library from 6.30 – 8.30pm. Proposals are encouraged from practitioners working in the field of visual arts and visual culture as well as those whose practice touches on social sciences, cultural studies and arts activism.
