The selected Artist in Residence will have access to a studio and living space located in the Artist Village and will work with the great team there to engage the local community through workshops, talks and events. This residency is for 3 months (12 weeks) and should take place between 7 October and 27 December 2019. The selected artist will receive economy return flights from UK to Taipei, materials expenses, and a daily amount for living expenses. In additional administrative, curatorial, language support and translation services are all provided by the experienced Taipei Artist Village staff. This residency opportunity is open to emerging artists within 6 years of starting their career who have not taken part in a previous CFCCA artist in residence exchange.
