The Lumen Prize

Now in its 8th year, The Lumen Prize for Art and Technology celebrates and promotes artists working with technology globally through its annual juried competition and exhibitions. All art is eligible as long as it engages with technology in some form. This year’s prize fund will be $11,000. The winners of the following categories will be awarded $1000: Still, Moving Image, XR, 3D/Interactive and Artificial Intelligence. There is also the Photomonitor Student Award of $500 which is free to enter. Finalists are eligible for the People’s Choice Award of $500 and the Lumen Gold award of $4000 and all women finalists are eligible for the Rapoport Award for Women in Art and Technology which is $1000. There is an entry fee of $48.00 for two works and $24.00 for each additional work.
