Wirksworth Arts Festival – The Lodge Project Residency

The Lodge Project will enable an established artist with a minimum of 5 year’s practice experience to undertake a funded residency in the Derbyshire Dales during the Summer of 2022. Wirksworth Arts Festival are looking for a UK resident visual artist who would explore the area from an outsider’s point of view – the landscape, diverse architecture, industrial past and community and develop a body of work based on their time here. The residency would conclude with an exhibition at The Wirksworth Festival. The successful applicant will be provided with accommodation and a £3000 fee, your own transport and personal studio equipment would be needed.
