Foundation In Search Of… together with Wschodnia Gallery are launching a short term international Artist-in-Residence program in Lodz, Poland. The term of the residency is up to 1 month. The specific dates will be adjusted with the artists individually. Each invited artist will be provided with accommodation (bringing partners/family members is possible), per diem and a grant for materials of around 700 Euro. Wschodnia Gallery will be available for the artists to use as a studio or an exhibition space. They will provide help in getting a mobility grant by the artists. In special cases travel expenses can be reimbursed. Each residency will end in presenting a work. They encourage artists to propose projects not only to Wschodnia Gallery’s space and can arrange a possibility to show in public spaces or a different indoor space according to project’s needs.
