Application form – all venues – PEER FORUM 2019

How to apply

To have the best chance of success it is important that you read the  eligibility criteria and read the frequently asked questions fully before you start writing your application.  We also recommend you read our “How to” section on peer mentoring and accompanying peer mentoring guidelines for artists PDF to assist with your application and the running of your sessions. This document will be helpful in establishing a structure for your proposed group and sessions.

For a case study of an Artquest supported Peer Mentoring group listen to this audio from Will Clifford that took place as part of the Self Assembly series of talks, or this interview with photographer Lewis Bush who was awarded the PEER FORUM grant at The Photographers’ Gallery in 2016. All these materials will assist you in making a strong an application as possible.

If you have any questions about the application procedure please ask them in good time before the deadline. While we will do our best to respond quickly our staff team work part-time and may not always be in the office to reply to queries at short notice.

The form must be completed at one time: we recommend that you draft your application separately and paste it into the online application form below when complete.

The deadline for applications for the Peer Forum opportunity at Camden Arts Centre is Monday 30 September 10am. The form will not be available after this time, and will not send applications even if the page is open. No late applications can be accepted under any circumstances.
