  • Please provide us with your email so we can contact you if you are shortlisted for interview for this opportunity.

  • Please give us a brief introduction to your practice

  • Please list the names and websites of the artists you would like to be part of your peer mentoring group here.
    (Minimum 10 artists, maximum 15, including yourself)

    Please note it is not necessary to have the participation of these artists confirmed at the time of making the application, but they should be confirmed if you are invited to interview

    - Times of day
    - Length of sessions
    - Number of presenters per session
    - A breakdown of timings for each session including time allocated for presentation and feedback
