Agreement written by artist Seth Siegelaub and lawyer Bob Projansky in 1971 to provide rights to artists to know when their work is resold (and to get a percentage of the increased price), to borrow it back for exhibition, reproduction rights, and to veto its exhibition. Read the agreement here.
